These petitions have been filed (i) to condone the delay of 2429 days in filing the petition (ii) to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 2nd respondent and (iii) to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased 2nd respondent.

2. Private notice has been served on the respondents 2 to 5.

3. I am satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the above petitions, these Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are ordered.

4. Office is directed to carry out the necessary amendment and post the matter on 28.03.2024.
