The wife is the petitioner before this court seeking a transfer of H.M.O.P.No.384 of 2024 filed by her husband, respondent herein, on the file of the Subordinate Court, Ambattur, seeking divorce, to the file of the Subordinate Court, Tambaram, to be tried along with H.M.O.P.No.62 of 2025. 2.

The reasons for the transfer are as follows:

(a) The petitioner has filed H.M.O.P.No.62 of 2025 before the Subordinate Court, Tambaram, for restitution of conjugal rights. (b) The respondent and his relatives are preventing the petitioner from attending the hearing of H.M.O.P.No.384 of 2024 on the file of the Subordinate Court, Ambattur.

Considering the above facts and also considering the safety of the petitioner, the request for transfer appears justified and accordingly, this transfer civil miscellaneous petition is allowed as prayed for. H.M.O.P.No.384 of 2024 shall be tried along with H.M.O.P.No.62 of 2025. No costs. Connected C.M.P. is closed.
