ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed by the power agent of the Accused No.3 in Crime No.200 of 2023, on the file of the second respondent police, to implead himself as one of the respondents in Crl.O.P.No.2098 of 2026.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the first respondent A. Venkatachalamoorthy had suppressed and produced a forged document based on which investigation has been initiated. 3.

The learned counsel appearing for the first respondent submitted that the Criminal Original Petition No.2098 of 2026 is filed seeking recovery of the original sale deed and all other related documents; to complete the investigation and consequently, to file a final report in Crime No.200 of 2023, dated 12.08.2023.

Admittedly, the petitioner's principal Raja, who is the named Accused No.3 in Crime No.200 of 2023, has got no say at this stage as the Criminal Original Petition is filed only to recovery of document and to expedite the investigation. If at all, the petitioner herein is aggrieved, it is for him to file appropriate petition and not the present petition. Hence, this Criminal

Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
