ORDER

This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner to execute a bond for the like sum of Rs.10,000/- along with two 1/3

acceptable and reliable sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Alandur. One among the sureties must be a blood surety preferably father/mother, order dated 11.09.2023 made in Crl.M.P.No.6222 of 2023 on the file of the Principal Sessions Court under EC and NDPS Court at Chennai, enabling the petitioner to comply with the order.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent police.

3. Having considered the arguments advanced, condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.6222 of 2023 dated 11.09.2023 by the learned Principal Special Judge for EC & NDPS Act, Chennai while modifying the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall produce two acceptable and reliable sureties. 11.03.2024 mac 2/3
