O R D E R

The prayer in the present petition is to direct the respondents not to restrict the entry of the students and their parents of St.Antony's Matriculation Higher Secondary School, by Vehicles to the Arasaladi Street, Thiruvarur Road, Thiruthuraipoondi, Thiruvarur District.

2. Heard M/s.Greetha SenthilKumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mrs.P.Kritika Kamal, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Government Advocate submitted that the criminal Original Petition filed by the counter petitioner as well as the School, is pending.

4. The respondents herein, have given an undertaking before the District Collector that they will cause no hindrance for the School children as well as the vehicles belonging to the school to pass through Arasaladi Street for this Academic year.

5. In view of the same no further orders are necessary in the present Criminal Original Petition.
