This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to issue suitable directions to the respondent police station to register the complaint dated 12.06.2015 and based on information given by these petitioners in hospital at the earliest point of time as may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondent.

3. It is represented that the petitioner has sent a complaint dated 12.06.2015 to the respondents by post and no action was taken. The petitioner is directed to go in person and give a fresh complaint along with wound certificate to the respondent-Police and on such complaint being given, the same shall be enquired into and action shall be taken in accordance with law as laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari Vs Government of Uttar Pradesh and Others in (2014) 2 SCC 1.
