Prayer : Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to direct the Subordinate Court, Hosur, to dispose of the Execution Petition No.87 of 2016 in OS No.128/2011 on merits and in accordance with law within the time frame fixed by this Court and pass such other direction or orders as necessary deem fit.

Order : This petition coming on for hearing on this day, and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof on the file of the High Court and upon hearing the arguments of R.Bharath Kumar, Advocate for the petitioner this Court made the following order:- Registry may obtain a report from the Sub Court at Hosur with respect to R.E.P.No.87 of 2016 in O.S.No.128 of 2011 and in the course of the said report, the learned Sub Judge, Hosur may also indicate the outer time limit within which he/she proposes to dispose of R.E.P.No.87of 2016.

2.Issue notice to the respondents through Court and also privately returnable by 10.08.2021 and the report to be filed by that date.

3.Call the matter again on 10.08.2021.
