O R D E R

Tamil Nadu Generation and Distribution Corporation Administrative Bench passed an order on 16.12.2015 in compliance of the order passed by this Court. The order dated 16.12.2015 reads thus:- "Thiru.N.Lakshmi Narasimman may be engaged as Temporary Casual Labourers Permanently @ Rs.250/- per day of engagement for a period of one year and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ then as Mazdoor (Trainee) for one year and after successful completion of one

year, he will be absorbed as Mazdoor in regular time scale of pay as per the rules and policies adopted in absorption of the Contract Labourers."

2. The Corporation has agreed to regularise the service of the petitioner after a period of two years.

3. The learned Standing Counsel for the Corporation, on instructions, submitted that the service of the petitioner would be regularised immediately after the completion of two years of service as indicated in the order dated 16.12.2015. The said submission is recorded. 4.

In view of the compliance of the order passed by this Court and taking into account the submission made by the learned Standing Counsel for the Corporation that the service of the petitioner would be regularised the moment he completes two years of service, the Contempt Petition is closed.
