Order This Writ Petition has been filed for a Mandamus directing the respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 13.01.2026.

2. The case of the petitioner is that though he having been running the business at Shop No.536 and 537 at Frazer Road, all the persons similarly placed like the petitioner have been allotted the same number of shop at Ratan Bazaar, but as far as the petitioner is concerned, the same has been denied. In this regard, the petitioner has submitted a representation to the respondent on 13.01.2026 to enquire the same, however no action has been taken so far. Hence, the present writ petition.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the parties and perused the materials on record.

4. Considering the limited scope of prayer, this Court, without expressing anything on merits, directs the 3rd respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 13.01.2026 and after affording opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and other interested parties, shall pass appropriated orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
