This petition has been filed to permit substituted service on respondents 1 to 6 by way of paper publication.

2. Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, C.M.P.No.4845 of 2024 is allowed.

3. The petitioner is permitted to effect substituted service on the respondents 1 to 6 by paper publication. The paper publication shall be effected on or before 13.03.2024 in any one of the Tamil Dailies having wide circulation in Chennai District for the hearing date fixed on 27.03.2024.

4. List the civil revision petition on 27.03.2024.
