This petitions are filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to punish the respondents for willful disobedience of the direction of this Court dated 31.10.2014 passed by this Court in W.P. No. 28013 of 2013 (Cont.P.No. 2597 of 2015), W.P. No. 28014 of 2013 (Cont.P.No. 2598 of 2015) and W.P. No. 28015 of 2013 (Cont.P.No. 2599 of 2015).

ORDER

These Contempt Petitions are filed against non-compliance of the order dated 31.10.2014 passed by this Court in W.P. No. 28013 of 2013 (Cont.P.No. 2597 of 2015), W.P. No. 28014 of 2013 (Cont.P.No. 2598 of 2015) and W.P. No. 28015 of 2013 (Cont.P.No. 2599 of 2015).

2. When the matters are taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader submitted that by an interim order passed in Writ Appeal Nos. 1798 and 1799 of 2015, the order of this Court has been stayed.

3. In view of the same, by recording the said submission, this contempt petitions are closed.
