Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the Notification No.08/2012 dated 02.04.2012 and quash the clause 3-B2 (The degree qualification prescribed should have been obtained after passing the SSLC and HSC) with regards to Educational Qualifications as illegal and invalid and oppose to the Rules framed by the Bar Council of Tamil Nadu and consequently, issue directing the 3rd and 4th respondents to consider the case of the petitioner for selection as Executive Officer Grade-I (Code No.1653) in the Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Administration Department Group VII-A Services, 2009-2011, treating the Law Degree obtained by her as legal and valid, in view of the Rules of the Bar Council of Tamil Nadu, which was in existence at the relevant point of time.

2. Considering the request coupled with an endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
