(Order of the Court was made by M.M.Sundresh,J.) This contempt petition is filed to punish the respondent for committing contempt of the order passed by https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ this Court in W.A.No.202 of 2018 dated 31.01.2018.

2. When the contempt petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the contempt petition may be closed as not pressed giving liberty to work out the remedy as per law against the pending proceedings.

3. In such view of the matter, the contempt petition is closed giving liberty to the petitioner to work out the remedy in the manner known to law.
