ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to issue a no objection certificate to the petitioner to run a SPA in the name and style of 'MAGEE BEAUTY CARE AND AYURVEDIC SPA' at Door No.10, Indira Nagar, 3rd Street, Avinashi Road, Tirupur, Tirupur District by considering the petitioner's representation dated 26.02.2021.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. The petitioner has submitted a representation to the respondents for issuance of no objection certificate and the said representation was not considered by the respondents. Hence, he has come forward with this writ petition. 4.Thus, without going into the merits of the case, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner on 26.02.2021 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, as early as possible. 5.Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
