This application is filed seeking amendment of the name of the petitioner as A.Jeyamani instead of C.Jeyamani in the cause title of the Writ Petition No.10558 of 2017, and consequently to amend in the final order dated 08.01.2025 passed in the said writ petition.

2. This Court, having verified the contents of the affidavit filed in support of this application as well as the affidavit filed in the main writ petition, is convinced that there is a typographical error in the name of the petitioner, which is erroneously mentioned as C.Jeymani instead of A.Jeyamani.

3. In view of the same, this application is ordered and the name of the petitioner is amended as A.Jeyamani instead of C.Jeyamani.

4. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendments and issue final order dated 08.01.2025 afresh.
