ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by N.SATHISH KUMAR, J.] Petitioner, who is the wife of detenue viz., Balasubramaniam, aged 22 years, seeks production of her husband. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondents 1 and 2.

3. The alleged detenue/husband of the petitioner has been produced by the second respondent. The detenue has informed that he left the matrimonial home due to some family dispute and stayed at his uncle's house. He now expressed his desire to go with the petitioner.

4. Recording the above statement, this Habeas Corpus Petition shall stand closed.
