ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to direct the Principal Sessions Court (Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases registered under the SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act), Dharmapuri to consider the bail application of the petitioner on the same day of his surrender in Crime No.90 of 2024 on the file of the second respondent.

2. It is not in dispute that the petitioner was arrested on 01.3.2024.

3. In view of the above fact situation, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
