sms 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the first respondent submits that final report has been filed and taken on file by the learned District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate, Arcot, Vellore in C.C.No.65 of 2022 and the case itself ended in acquittal on 30.08.2022.

In view of the above, nothing survives in this petition and accordingly, the criminal original petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
