Prayer : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first and second respondents to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 12.10.2021, 16.06.2021, 22.02.2023 and finally on 25.12.2023 and to pass appropriate orders on my request to include the period of service rendered in DKM Government College, Vellore, from 04.07.1983 to 19.06.1988 and worked asa Associate Lecturer in Murugappa Polytechnic College from 18.01.1991 to 31.01.1993, for calculation of pension within a reasonable period as may be fixed by this Court. ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction directing the 1st and 2nd respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 12.10.2020, 16.06.2021, 22.02.2023 and finally on 25.12.2023 and to pass appropriate orders on the request made by the petitioner to include the period of service rendered in DKM Government College, Vellore from 04.07.1983 to 19.06.1988 and worked as Associate Lecturer in Murugappa Polytechnic College from 18.01.1991 to 31.01.1993, for calculation of pension within a reasonable period as may be fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 and perused the materials available on record.
3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
