This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 09.03.2020 submitted with reference to name transfer of patta in respect of Comprised in Survey No.76 (old), New No.76/23, Magalivakkam Village.

2. Today, when the matter is listed under the caption 'for reporting compliance', the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the Patta has already been issued to the petitioner in respect of the undisputed land and the application for issuance of patta in respect of the disputed land is rejected. The learned counsel for the petitioner also ratifies the same. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Recording the submissions made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, no further adjudication is required in the present Writ Petition. Hence the Writ Petition stands closed. No costs.
