ORDER

This petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking to relax the condition imposed upon these petitioners by this Court in para No.6 [b] in Crl.O.P.No.35407 of 2025, order dated 26.12.2025 2.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that these petitioners were granted bail in Crl.O.P.No.35407 of 2025, order dated 26.12.2025 with a condition that "the petitioners shall report before the

K.RAJASEKAR.,J gv respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders". He would further submit that these petitioners are complying the said condition since 06.01.2026. Since they are the bread winner of their family, they are not able to do their job or to take care of their family and therefore, they seek for necessary modification.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that these petitioners are complying with the conditions imposed by this court regularly. However, final report has not yet filed. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.35407 of 2025, order dated 26.12.2025, and thus the same is modified to that effect that these petitioners shall report before the respondent police once in a week i.e., on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., for the period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.

5.Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. gv To
