ORDER

The criminal original petition has been filed to quash the impugned FIR in Crime No.95 of 2023 dated 01.03.2023 on the file of the 1st respondent Police and to quash the same.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the investigation in this case has been completed and the final report has also been filed through e-filing in LTN20220001914C202500318, before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Senthamangalam, on 23.11.2025.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
