..Respondents Prayer : Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to direct the respondents-Police to withdraw, revoke, recall and to lift the Look-out Circular Notice No.2015423306 issued by the respondent police against the petitioner in Crime No.991 of 2015 dated 20.10.2015, pending on the file of the respondent Police T-14, Mangadu Police Station, Kancheepuram District and consequently direct the respondents to communicate the order of lifting of travel restriction imposed in pursuance of Look-out Circular Notice No.2015423306 directly to the Chief Immigration Officer, No.28, Shasthri Bhavan Annexe, Haddows Road, Chennai.

O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondents-Police to withdraw, revoke, recall and to lift the Look-out Circular Notice against the petitioner in Crime No.991 of 2015 dated 20.10.2015, pending on the file of the third respondent and consequently direct the respondent to communicate the order of lifting of travel restriction imposed in pursuance of Look-out Circular Notice directly to the Chief Immigration Officer, No.28, Shasthri Bhavan Annexe, Haddows Road, Chennai.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. It is seen that this petitioner is facing prosecution in T-14, Mangadu Police Station, for the offences under Sections 294(b), 493, 313 and 506(i) IPC. The petitioner has been released on anticipatory bail by this Court on 04.04.2016 in Crl.OP.No.30149 of 2015, on certain conditions. The petitioner has complied with the said conditions. While so, during the course of investigation, it appears that the respondent-Police have issued Look-out Circular for apprehending the petitioner at any of the airports on his arrival.

4. Taking into consideration the nature of the allegation against the petitioner, and the fact that the petitioner has been released on anticipatory bail, this Court directs the respondent-Police to withdraw the Look-out notice within one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
