Prayer: Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023 praying to relax the condition that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 am for a period of three weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation, imposed in Para No.7(a) of the order passed in Crl.O.P.No. 1508 of 2026 order dated 29.01.2026 in Crime No. 6 of 2026.

2.Ms.J.R.Archana, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioners have been complying the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No. 1508 of 2026 vide order dated 29.01.2026 regularly.

3.In view of the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate, the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No. 1508 of 2026, dated 29.01.2026, are relaxed. However, the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. 4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. 24.02.2026 To 1.The Inspector of Police Royakottai Police Station Krishnagiri Crime No. 6 of 2026.
