CMP.No.5378 of 2024 in This Petition has been filed seeking an order of interim injunction restraining the defendant and any agent representatives or associates acting on their behalf, from executing, registering or in any way giving effect to the sale deed related to the schedule mentioned property. 2.The unsuccessful Plaintiff is the Appellant herein. He filed O.S.No.9254 of 2010 before the XVIII Additional City Civil Court, Chennai, for specific performance of the suit sale agreement. The said suit was decreed on 22.09.2023. On the ground of ready and willingness, the main relief was rejected and alternate relief was granted.

3.Learned counsel for the Respondent undertakes to comply with the decree of alternate relief granted by the learned XVIII Additional Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai, in O.S.No.9254 of 2010 viz., "The 2nd to 6th Defendants are jointly and severally directed to pay a sum of Rs.6,6,5000/- to the Plaintiff with interest at the rate of 9% per annum from the date of agreement that is 31.03.2006 till the date of decree and subsequent interest at the rate of 6% per annum till its realisation" within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
