This Writ petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 2 and 3, to forthwith provide Electricity Service Connection (On preferential basis) with load https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

of 7.5 HP to the agricultural lands comprised n Survey No.97/1 of Kodi Halli village (Pennagaram Taluk) in pursuant to the Orders of the Scrutiny Committee chaired by he 1st respondent dated 22.11.2018 and in pursuant to the registration of Application bearing No.D.E.D.370/19-20 dated 01.07.2019 on the file of the 2nd respondent.

2. Mr.M.Varunkumar, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the 2nd and 3rd respondents/TANGEDCO submitted that depending upon the seniority of the petitioner's application and as and when the Government releases the quota, the application of the petitioner will be considered.

3. Recording the above said submission of the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the 2nd and 3rd respondents, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
