O R D E R

The learned counsel appearing for the respondents brought to the notice of this Court that due to the change of Manager in a particular branch, there was a delay in implementing the orders and now the petitioner was permitted to operate the accounts as per the orders of this Court and therefore, the respondents have not committed any contempt willfully or wantonly.

2. Thus, in view of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the respondents, this Court is not inclined to adjudicate the same in this contempt petition.
