O R D E R

Mrs. S. Muthulakshmi, has come to this Court seeking a limited prayer for disposal of her representation dated 06.04.2015, wherein she has sought for revisions of seniority in the post of Assistant on par with her juniors with a consequential promotion in the category of Assistant, Superintendent and Bursar on par with the juniors within the time as stipulated by this Court.

This Court, considering the limited prayer made by the petitioner, without going into the merits of the matter, directs the respondent herein to consider the case of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders on the representation dated 06.04.2015 on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of, at the stage of admission itself. No order as to costs.
