PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the official 2nd respondent herein to take appropriate legal action on the complaint made by the petitioner on 06.01.2026 in accordance with law as against the 3rd to 5th respondents herein thereby giving necessary protection for the life of the petitioner as well as for his family members.

ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed for a direction, directing the official 2nd respondent herein to take appropriate legal action on the complaint made by the petitioner on 06.01.2026 in accordance with law as against the 3rd to 5th respondents herein thereby giving necessary protection for the life of the petitioner as well as for his family members. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that on receipt of the complaint by the 2nd respondent, it was referred before the Inspector of Police, Sambalpatty Police Station, Krishnagiri Disttrict. Thereafter, the enquiry was conducted on the complaint lodged by the petitioner and it was closed.

3.Recording the above submission, the Writ Petition stands closed. No costs.
