By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal.
2. The petitioner claims that she filed a suit for partition in O.S.No.4310 of 2014 on the file of VII Assistant City Civil Court, Chennai against her step mother and her son in respect of the property situate at No.T-16, 11th Street, Anna Nagar, Chennai - 600 040 admeasuring 1 ground and 1200 sq.ft. allotted by Tamil Nadu Housing Board. The grievance expressed by the petitioner is that her step brother has purposely disconnected the water connection and Electricity Service Connection for the first floor, where she is residing and without the said basic amenities, it is impossible for her to live and in this regard, she has submitted an application dated 10.04.2015 to the second respondent praying for separate Domestic Electricity Service Connection and since she has https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
not been favoured with any response, came forward with this writ petition.
3. Heard the submissions of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.P.R.Dhilip Kumar, learned Standing Counsel, who accepts notice for the respondents.
4. This Court without going into the merits of the application dated 10.04.2015, directs the second respondent to consider the application dated 10.04.2015 after putting the concerned persons on notice and pass orders as expeditiously as possible and not later than four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision to the petitioner as well as the persons concerned.
