PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, to call for the records relating to the detention order vide C3/D.O.No.94/2017 dated 11.09.2017 on the file of District Collector and District Magistrate, Vellore under Tamil Nadu Goondas Act 14/82 and quash the same and produce petitioner's husband Senthilkumar S/o.Swaminathan, aged 29 years before this Court and set him at liberty.

(Order of the Court was made by RAJIV SHAKDHER, J) 1.Mr.R.Sankarasubbu, Advocate, who appears for the petitioner, says that the petitioner has no grievance, presently, with the impugned detention order, as the said order has already been revoked by the State.

1.1. Furthermore, the learned counsel says that the detenu has already been released.
