O R D E R
This petition has been filed to direct the respondents to give adequate police protection to the petitioner so as to enable him to peacefully possess and enjoy the land purchased by him in Survey No.395/7 measuring an extent of 120 cents situate in Jondrampalli Village, Thirupathur Taluk, Vellore District.
2. The petitioner claims to be the owner of the property in Survey No.395/7 in Jondrampalli Village, Thirupathur Taluk, Vellore District. Earlier, a suit was filed by the petitioner against third parties which was decreed. Subsequently, the above said persons attempted to interfere with the property and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
also attacked him. Hence, he filed a complaint on 04.04.2016 before the respondent police, for which the respondent police issued CSR on the same day. Despite the respondents received the complaint, no action was taken. Hence, he filed the present petition.
3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the leaned Additional Public Prosecutor, who took notice for the respondents.
4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, already the representation was pending before the second respondent, this Court directs the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 04.04.2016 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
