Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to extend the time for complying the conditional order to deposit the amount passed in Crl.Mp.No. 9092/2019 in Crl.A.No.415/2019 dated 20.02.2020 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. K.BALASUBRAMANIAM, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.T.SHUNMUGARAJESWARAN Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Court by the order dated 20.02.2020 has directed the Petitioner/Appellant to deposit a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh only) to the credit of Spl. S.C. No. 41 of 2018 on the file of the learned Sessions Judge, Magalir Neethimandram (Fast Tract Mahila Court), Tiruppur, on or before 27.02.2020 and produce a receipt to that effect before this Court, for passing appropriate orders in the Miscellaneous Petitions seeking suspension of sentence. Further this Court has direct the Registry to issue order copy on or before 21.02.2020.
2. When this Petition came up for hearing before this Court on 03.03.2020, the learned Counsel for the Petitioner/Appellant has submitted that the order copy was furnished only on 25.02.2020, and hence, the Petitioner could not comply with the order passed by this Court. Considering the same, this Court has extended the time for complying the said condition till 12.03.2020. Further, this Court directed the Registry to issue copy of the said order on 04.03.2020.
3. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, the learned Counsel for the Petitioner/Appellant has submitted that he has filed copy application on 03.03.2020 itself vide C.A. S.R. No. 4270 of 2020, but the Registry has not issued order copy till today. Hence, this Court has called for the said copy application. A perusal of the said copy application shows that the learned Counsel for the Petitioner/Appellant has filed copy application on 03.03.2020 itself vide C.A. S.R. No. 4270 of 2020, but order copy was not issued till today. Hence, the Joint Registrar (Judicial) is directed to give instructions to the concerned staff, to comply the orders of the court strictly.
4. Considering the aforesaid facts, for complying the condition imposed by this Court dated 20.02.2020, time is extended till 24.03.2020.
5. Call this matter on 24.03.2020.
