This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to condone the delay of 123 days in preferring the above Second Appeal in S.A.SR.No.25498 of 2021 against the Decree and Judgement made in A.S.No.17 of 2018 dated 02.07.2019 by the learned Subordinate Judge, Rasipuram.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3.This Court having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered and the delay of 123 days in preferring the above Second Appeal in S.A.SR.No.25498 of 2021 against the Decree and Judgement made in A.S.No.17 of 2018 dated 02.07.2019 by the learned Subordinate Judge, Rasipuram is hereby condoned.

4.The Registry is directed to number the above S.A.SR.No.25498 of 2021, if the papers are otherwise in order.
