Today, when this Writ Petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsels appearing on behalf of the respondents, are appeared before this Court through Video Conferencing. Learned counsel Ms.Rajamani [Enrol. No.2772 of 2015] appearing for the writ petitioner seeks permission to withdrawn this Writ Petition.

2. Hence, in view of the same, permission is granted to withdraw this Petition and thereby, this Writ Petition is dismissed, as withdrawn. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
