ORDER

Heard Ms.S.G.Vedha, learned counsel, for Mr.S.Manoharan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.M.D.Ilayaraja, learned Government Advocate appearing for the first respondent and Mr.B.Anandan, learned counsel appearing for the second respondent. served and his name has been printed in the cause list, none appeared for the third respondent.

2. The petitioner seeks innocuous prayer to direct the first respondent to consider his representation dated 18.09.2013, wherein he has sought for a direction to the President of the Village Panchayat to involve the petitioner, who is an elected ward member in all the affairs of the Village Panchayat.

3. By efflux of time, nothing survives in this writ petition, because the term of office of the Panchayat Board had already expired. Hence, no orders are required to be passed in this writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed. No Costs.
