ORDER

This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to withdraw the petition in H.M.O.P.No.45 of 2025 from the file of the Subordinate Court, Arakonam and transfer the same to the file of the Subordinate Court, Polur, Thiruvannamalai District.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is residing in Tiruvannamalai District along with her minor child. It is difficult for her to travel a distance of about 147 kilometres to attend the court proceedings. Therefore, he prayed that this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition be allowed.

3. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court finds the reasons stated to be justifiable and is inclined to allow the transfer.

4. Accordingly, H.M.O.P. No. 45 of 2025, pending on the file of the Subordinate Court, Arakkonam, is withdrawn and transferred to the file of the Subordinate Court, Polur, Tiruvannamalai District. The learned transferee Court is directed to issue notice to the respondent within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and thereafter proceed with the matter in accordance with law. Further, the respondent is permitted to appear before the Trial Court through video conferencing, as and when required. The Subordinate Court, Arakkonam, is directed to transmit the entire case records to the

Subordinate Court, Polur, Tiruvannamalai District, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. Accordingly, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
