This petition is filed to condone the delay of 16 days in filing the writ appeal against the order dated 29.01.2020 made in W.P.No.2052 of 2020. 2.Mr.K.H.Ravikumar, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondent-1.

3. Though the respondents 2 and 3 are served with notices, there is no representation on behalf of them either in person or through counsel.

4. Heard the learned Government Counsel for the petitioners/appellants and the learned Counsel appearing for the first respondent.

5. The learned Counsel appearing for the first respondent has got no serious objection for condoning the delay.

6. Upon hearing the submission made by the learned Government counsel for the petitioners/appellants and the learned counsel for the first respondent and on being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the delay stands condoned and the petition is allowed.

7. The Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order and the list the same for admission.
