These petitions have been filed seeking to set aside the abatement caused by the death of the sole appellant and to bring on record the petitioners 2 to 5 as the legal representatives of the sole appellant in the above appeal.

2. Accepting the reasons assigned in the affidavits filed in support of the petitions, these petitions are ordered, the abatement caused by the death of the sole appellant is set aside and the petitioners 2 to 5 herein are brought on record as appellants 2 to 5 in the appeal.

3. Registry to carry out the amendment and post the appeal for final hearing on 07.09.2020.
