This writ petition is filed for the following relief: "To call for the entire records in connection with the proceeding bearing reference No. 23270/Po.4/2024 dated 16.05.2025, on the file of the second respondent and quash the same."

Though the writ petition is filed for the aforesaid relief, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has already challenged the impugned order by way of an appeal and it would suffice if directions are issued to the 1st respondent to dispose of the petitioner's appeal at the earliest.

Considering the above submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the 1st respondent to pass orders on the petitioner's appeal, within a period of 3 weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
