The Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India against the order dated 09.01.2013 made in IA.No.115 of 2012 in OS.No.62 of 2012 on the file of the learned Principal District Judge, Vellore.

ORDER

The civil revision petition is filed against the order dated 09.01.2013 made in IA.No.115 of 2012 in OS.No.62 of 2012 on the file of the learned Principal District Judge, Vellore thereby directed the petitioners to furnish security for suit claim, failing which why the suit 1/4

property should not be attached in the event of non furnishing of the security for the suit claim.

The respondent is the plaintiff. He filed suit for recovery of money as against the petitioners. While pending the suit, the respondent filed petition to provide adequate security for the suit claim and on failure of the same, order of attachment of the petition mentioned property stands in the name of the first petitioner herein till the disposal of the suit. Therefore, this court finds no infirmity or irregularity in the order passed by the court below.

Accordingly, this civil revision petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No order as to costs.
