This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.462/2025 in Crl.O.P.No.22733 of 2024 by order dated 21.01.2025, passed by this Court to report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Thiruvallur, on 05.02.2025 at 10.30 am and thereafter, on the dates to be fixed by the learned Magistrate.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.462/2025 in Crl.O.P.No.22733 of 2024 by order dated 21.01.2025, is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
