This petitioner has been filed seeking modification of the condition imposed on the petitioner in para 6(b) of the order granting bail, namely, that the petitioner should report before the District and Sessions Judge, Mayiladuthurai, everyday at 10.30 a.m till completion of trial, in Crl.O.P.No.3461 of 2024 dated 19.02.2024. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner stated that the petitioner apprehend a threat of life if he is to regularly go over everyday to the District and Sessions Judge, Mayiladuthurai, since his movement could be easily tracked and watched, but however, assurance is held out that he would appear during the Court hearing dates in S.C.No.274 of 2008 before the learned District and Sessions Judge, Mayiladuthurai. 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

smv 3.Taking all the factors into consideration, the condition in para 6(b) of order dated 19.02.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.3461 of 2024 is modified as follows, the petitioner shall report before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate at Madurai, everyday at 10.30 a.m., apart from the Court hearing dates of S.C.No.274 of 2008 in which trial is ongoing at the District and Sessions Judge, Mayiladuthurai. This condition shall continue till completion of the trial in S.C.No.274 of 2008.
