ORDER

The petitioner has come to this Court seeking a limited prayer for issuing a mandamus to the first respondent to consider her representation dated 30.6.2017, in which she has asked for payment of one bonus increment, as per G.O.Ms.No.562, Finance (Pay Cell) Department dated 28.9.98, which says that if an employee is stagnating in a post beyond 30 years, he/she is entitled to get one bonus increment as an incentive.

2. Since the petitioner has sought a limited prayer to consider her representation, without going into the merits, putting on notice the learned Additional Government Pleader for https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the first respondent, this Court hereby directs the first respondent to consider the pending representation of the petitioner on merits and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
