LAKSHMIKANTHAN [ RESPONDENT ] Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner herein by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.M.P.No.259 of 2018 in Crl.R.C.NO.40 of 2018 by an order dated 23.01.2018 directing the petitioner to appear before the Learned Metropolitan Magistrate, Fast Track Court No.1, Egmore, Chennai-8 on 1st working day of every month at 10:30 am Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.D.N.DHURGASHA, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- This miscellaneous petition has been seeking to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner to appear before the Court below once in a month by order dated 23.01.2018 in Crl.M.P.No.259 of 2018, granting bail.

The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the conditions imposed by this Court has been regularly complied with and the petitioner is facing difficulty to attend his regular works. Therefore, the petitioner seeks to modify the condition imposed by this Court by order dated 23.01.2018.

This Court is not inclined to modify the condition, since the petitioner was directed to appear before the Court below only once in a month and this Court is ready to take up the main revision itself.
