ORDER

(delivered by SATISH K. AGNIHOTRI, J.) This Contempt Petition is filed on the ground that the order dated 28 October 2013 rendered in W.P. No.26412

of 2013 has not been complied with by the respondent. 2.On 28 October 2013, this Court passed the following order:

"4.Considering the above said fact, we deem it fit to direct the first respondent, either by himself or through his officials, to look into the grievance of the petitioner made on 18.12.2012 and take appropriate action in the manner known to law, after hearing the petitioner and the respondents 5 and 6, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This writ petition is disposed of accordingly.

Consequently, M.P.No.1 of 2013 is closed. No costs."

3.Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent submits that the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.26412 of 2013 is complied with and no consequential action can be taken as the civil suit has been filed in C.S.No.836 of 2014.

4.In view of the above, the contempt petition shall stand closed.
