(Order of the Court was made by R.Mahadevan, J.) This petition is filed by the petitioner/ appellant seeking to condone the delay of 1926 days in re-presenting the above appeal.

2. The learned counsel appearing the petitioner/appellant submitted that he has instructions to withdraw the above appeal, since the petitioner/appellant has approached the authority under Samadhan Scheme and hence, he sought to allow this petition.

3. In view of the above, the delay is condoned and this petition is ordered accordingly.
