ORDER

This contempt petition is filed for the noncompliance of the order made in W.P.No.7874 of 2017, dated 04.04.2017.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, M.Elumalai, learned Government Advocate, appearing for the respondent submitted that the respondent had complied with the orders of this court by passing an order dated 09.01.2018.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner also submitted that the respondent had passed orders on 09.01.2018.

4. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, I do not find any reason to keep the Contempt Petition pending. Accordingly, the Contempt Petition is closed.
