This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 07.01.2019 in C.S.R.No.11/2019 as per the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.6800 of 2019 dated 30.09.2019 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court No.II at Tiruvallur. 2.Today (13.04.2022), when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent would submit that based on the order passed in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Crl.M.P.No.6800 of 2019 dated 30.09.2019 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court No.II at Tiruvallur, a case has been registered in Crime No.339 of 2021 by the respondent police, for the offence under Sections 447, 294(b) & 506(i) of IPC. 3.Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
