By placing on record a proceeding dated 31.12.2015 in Memo No.014016-6/536/ADM-2/A1/F.10/2015, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that the direction passed by this Court in W.P. No.4680 of 2011 dated 03.07.2014 has been duly complied with and that the petitioner has also joined duty.

2.Learned counsel for the petitioner would also affirm the said factum made by the learned counsel for the respondents.

3.Therefore, this Court finds nothing to be adjudicated in this petition. Accordingly, this contempt petition stands closed.
